If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days and we’ll happily refund your money. The following Terms and Conditions apply:

We must receive product within 30 days from the date of invoice:

• Unused
• Without damage or deterioration
• With original packaging in a condition that they can be resold
• With proof of purchase
• Excludes all items that are sold by the metre
• Delivery costs will not be refunded or costs of return of products to us will not be refunded

Keep a copy of proof of purchase for your own records. Return product by registered mail or bring it to one of our Hobbysew stores at the following locations:

Belconnen, Figtree, Kings Park, Top Ryde, Erina Fair, Penrith or Hornsby.
