Answer: Hobbysew website purchases are available to Australian residents only. ::

Question: How long will it take for me to receive my online order?
Answer: Delivery times will depend on where you live in Australia and stock availability at the time of order. We endeavour to process and despatch your order within two working days of receiving it, providing stock is available. For standard deliveries please allow two weeks although the order may be despatched and arrive earlier than this. For orders where there may be a longer delays due to stock shortages, we will notify you via email. ::
Question: How can I pay?
Answer: You can pay using Visa Card, Master Card or Pay Pal. You can also pay by direct funds transfer into our bank account. Please quote your invoice number and last name on the transfer. The bank account information will be available during the checkout process. :: Question: How do I pay by Direct Bank Transfer or Deposit?
Answer: Please follow the steps below 1. On the Payment Information page, select pay by Direct Bank Transfer or Deposit. 2. Press Continue 3. On the Confirmation page, make sure you note down the Hobbysew account details. 4. Press Confirm Order 5. You will then be taken to the Finished! page were you will see that your order has been processed. 6. Now click on the My Account link at the top right of the webpage (See image below). Here you will be able to see all your account information and orders) ![]() 7. Make sure you note down your Invoice Number and Total Amount. (You will need your Invoice Number and Total Amount for your Direct Bank Transfer or Deposit. 8. Go to your bank website and make sure you enter your Name and Invoice Number in the "To Account Description" box and also make sure you enter the correct Total Amount. ::
Question: Can I return what I buy if I am not happy with it?
Answer: We will happily refund your money if you are not happy with your purchase. Conditions apply. ::
Answer: Please follow the following steps:
1. When you have completed adding items to your shopping cart, click the “View Cart” link at the top right of the page. On this screen, you will see the “What’s In My Cart” page (see image below).
2. Here you will see the “Gift Card Code” section. Please enter your unique Online Gift Certificate Code here.
3. Once you have entered your code, press “Update Price” and you will see a blue line appear at the top of your item list which displays “Gift card amount to be applied at checkout: $XX.XX” and Click “Checkout”.
4. Fill out your “Delivery Information” and click “Continue”
7. Press “Confirm Order” to complete your shopping. ::
